Springfed Arts-Metro Detroit Writers are proud to present a new 2nd season of literary and music events at one of the coolest, smoke free, hipster hangs of the new century - The Jazz Café at The Music Hall for the Performing Arts. Please do yourself a favor and come downtown to The Jazz Café and enjoy some music, some poetry and a relaxing glass of your favorite adult beverage. There is no cover charge, and it is an all-ages venue. Liebler with special guests writer John Jeffire, Alt Rock legend Aran Ruth from Outrageous Cherry, new music with Detroit’s Steven Kowalski & Slam Poet Fluent followed by open mic with Fluent & The Mahogany Revue. May 15, Thursday Night 7 pm 2 sets with Detroit Jazz Guitar Legend Ron English and his Trio followed by open mic at 9 pm with Fluent & The Mahogany Revue.
